Jessica Whitehead

Jessica Whitehead is a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst in schools with a passion for inclusive, compassionate, and practical behavior support systems. With 16 years of experience as a classroom teacher prior to becoming a BCBA, Jessica brings an understanding of the daily realities educators face. She is committed to building systems that foster collaboration, inclusion, and a sense of belonging for all.

Jessica is focused on eliminating the use of restraint and isolation through proactive practices. Her work centers on creating supportive environments where all students can thrive and where educators feel supported. She is a certified Ukeru trainer, reflecting her dedication to trauma-informed and relationship-centered practices. 

Outside of work, Jessica is a wife, mom of two, dog mom of three, a plant mom of many. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, reading a good book, writing, or baking in the kitchen.

Sarah Gerber-Kai

Sarah Gerber-Kai is a clinical social worker and school counselor with over a decade of experience in education, beginning her career as a paraeducator. She has provided mental health services to individuals ranging in age from 5 to 65, bringing a deep understanding of diverse developmental needs to her work.

A lifelong consumer of community mental health and social services, Sarah is passionate about reimagining systems to center people first and uplift the strengths of the communities she serves. Known for her authentic approach, she weaves humor, music, and movement into her practice to foster genuine connections.

Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys dancing hula, running, playing with her cats, and swimming in the ocean.
